A Swiss-made Tarot de Marseille from the middle of the nineteenth century, printed by Gassmann, card-maker in Geneva, whose name appears on the Two of Coins. Swiss workshops of this period usually printed the Besançon pattern with Juno and Jupiter; this one keeps the Popess at II and the Pope at V, so it is a true Marseille made in Switzerland.
